The Maywood Residential Code Compliance Program
This program is made possible through a partnership between Seaway Bank and Trust Company and the Village of Maywood. The program provides needed capital to encourage the beautification of residential properties in the Village of Maywood.
- Unsecured loans up to $4,000.
- Fixed interest rates of 6%. (Monthly payments equal approximately $122 (principle + interest) for a loan of $4,000 at 6% with 36 payments.
- Repay the loan over three years.
- Single family homes and 1-4 unit buildings are eligible.

Working with a Home Purchase Advisor, you can find a home that is right for you and determine if you qualify for forgivable down payment assistance ranging from $10,000 to $18,000.
